Different movements, one center
The Merkabah brings attention to inner alignment.
Not the kind that requires everything to be calm, resolved, or moving in the same direction.
A more human kind of alignment: different thoughts, feelings, responsibilities, and experiences can all be present without one of them taking control of the entire system.
The Merkabah offers a simple question:
What can move without taking me away from my center?
Life continues to affect us.
Alignment does not mean becoming untouched by experience. It means being able to feel what is happening without allowing every feeling, reaction, or external movement to reorganize all of you.
How to use it
Place the Merkabah somewhere you can see it during moments of transition, reflection, or decision-making.
You can use it as a visual reference when many things are moving at once or when one experience begins to occupy more space than it needs.
Look at the form and notice:
- two directions can exist at the same time;
- movement does not have to remove the center;
- different parts can remain connected without becoming identical;
- being affected is not the same as being taken over.
The Merkabah does not ask you to become still.
It reminds you that movement and alignment can exist together.
