Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days during non-peak periods.

Shipping rates are based upon the total amount of your order.

Please note that if you entered the wrong shipping address, and we delivered to said wrong address, refunds cannot be issued.

Please order carefully, change of mind returns in customised/only pieces are not permitted.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed for dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or expedite the shipping process.

Bia Lagoa is not responsible for delayed, stolen or missed deliveries.

Orders may be shipped via our carriers USPS, UPS or DHL on a standard or economy service. Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

DOMESTIC

Free orders $50 and above (within the US) - 5 to 8 business days

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped via USPS/UPS/DHL Express. Rates and ETA are calculated automatically at checkout.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Bia Lagoa and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
